The Personal Side
Dr. Jon is active in the local community and participates in our local German Festival “Oktoberfest“ which is held annually in LaCrosse. Dr. Jon became a Grenadier in 1989 and is joined by his Frau Jane. They enjoy participating in the local festivities that carry on our German Heritage & represent our LaCrosse as we visit neighboring communities.
Besides his great passion for dentistry, Dr. Jon competes in weekly sailboat racing and travels to several Regattas. Living in a wonderful community that provides him access to local lakes allows him to keep his skill level at its peak. Considering that he spends the greater part of his day working upside down thru magnification on someone’s teeth, the wide open lake and wind in his hair are a welcome end to his day!
Dr. Jon enjoys time with his wife, children and the new generation of grandchildren. In addition to his love for sailing, he enjoys scuba diving and magic. Dr. Jon treats family and friends throughout the year with a sneak peek of his final show each year on New Year’s Eve when his wife's alter-ego, Jasmine the Magic Assistant, joins him!
